# Errors

In this section, you can check all errors and learn the reason as to why they are causes aswell as how to resolve them!

"Cannot Redeem Gift":
- Token not aged enough (Usually while redeeming 3m promos)
- Related to card or billing. If the card does not require address verification setting "use_custom_billing" in config to false will resolve this issue.
- Token Email Domain
- No Profile Picture On Token
- VCC Issue

"500: Internal Server Error":
- Discord Related Error, If thrown while redeeming the token will most likely be redeemed, confirm with a checker.
- Token error itself, try with a different token.
