# Proxies

In this section, you will find the recommended proxy providers and the proxy settings required to use with my tools.

How much data you buy is down to you, 1GB is the minimum and it will last for a while depending on tool usage.

### Recommended Proxy Settings:

* Port/Type: **HTTP/HTTPS**
* Rotation: **Rotating**
* Quantity: **1+**
* Format: **USERNAME:PASSWORD\@HOST:PORT** (This is the only format my tools support)
* Country: **Closest to you** or **United Kingdom**, **United States**, **Germany** or **France**
* State: **Randomized** 
* City: **Randomized**
